“I just want to start off by saying THANK YOU Coach P! I started off by enrolling in his Fall Challenge which quickly turned into a 12 week Coaching/Workout Program. The home workouts he gave me were good, but were not challenging enough for me to be able to reach the goals I were trying to achieve.

I was able to express this to him and give my honest opinion about the workouts, which he appreciated and he modified my workout plan so that it worked for I wanted based on where I wanted to be in my fitness journey.

When it came to accountability, he checked in to see how things were going because he knows life gets hard as times and things happen to where we aren’t able to complete a workout, but at the same time motivated you and told you what needed to be heard to ensure you stay on track.

He gave great coaching advice when it came to nutrition and ensuring you were good mentally, because guess what, stress can get the best the of us, but that’s okay. IT’S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY, BUT KEEP PUSHING!

This was an amazing plan that got me AMAZING results and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely will be getting back with him for another plan”.
