Yoga online is ideal if you live anywhere in the world including areas where yoga is inaccessible.

If you find it difficult to attend regular classesdon’t have time to commute to a studio or simply want to enjoy a private practice wherever you are… I am here for you!

All you need is space to roll out your yoga mat or towel, a computer/laptop/iPad and good internet connection.

You have the option of a 30 minute session or a 1 hour session.
